INSTRUCTION
Emelina is available for one-on-one,
small group and group weight training instruction.
One-on-one and small group instruction take place at Emelina's
home in New Orleans where she has a work out facility.
Emelina is also available for speaking engagements and training
assignments outside of New Orleans.
